Kessel Medical Relocates and Expands Operations in Indian River County.

Vero Beach, FL — The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the relocation and expansion of Kessel Medical’s operations within Indian River County, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth.

“This move strengthens our ability to scale operations, increase production capacity, and continue delivering the quality and reliability our customers expect,” said Jack Griffis, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Kessel Medical. “We look forward to welcoming partners, customers, and suppliers to our new facility as we enter this next phase of growth.”

The expansion was supported through a coordinated effort between the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce and Indian River County staff, who worked closely with Kessel Medical throughout the relocation process.

Andrea Beam, President of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, noted that the project reflects both the strength of the local business environment and the lasting impact of the Chamber’s economic development efforts.

“Kessel’s expansion further strengthens our base of target-industry employers and is a testament to the outstanding work Mark Litten did for our community during his tenure at the Chamber,” Beam said. “Mark worked closely with Doug Dombroski and other key county staff members to help bring this project to fruition. Though sadly Mark has passed, his legacy continues through projects like this that support quality job creation and economic growth in Indian River County.”

Deryl Loar, Chairman of the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners, stated, “Indian River County is proud to support the continued growth of Kessel Medical as they expand into their new facility on U.S. Highway 1. This move not only more than doubles their operational space, including critical clean room capacity, but also strengthens our community’s position as a hub for advanced medical device design and manufacturing. We look forward to the innovation, high-quality jobs, and economic impact this expansion will bring to Indian River County.”

County Administrator, John Titkanich, echoed this sentiment noting, “Kessel Medical’s expansion into a significantly larger facility along U.S. Highway 1 reflects both their success and the strength of Indian River County as a place to grow advanced manufacturing. Their increased clean room capacity and continued work in Class I and Class II medical device development underscore the high-value, technical industries we are working to attract and retain. We’re excited to see their continued investment in Indian River County and the opportunities it creates for our workforce and local economy.”

Kessel Medical’s new facility, located at 4009 U.S. Highway 1 in Vero Beach, more than doubles the company’s total square footage in Indian River County and provides three times the cleanroom space of its previous location, significantly enhancing its operational capabilities.
